Ready to get started – HIGHVOLT welcomes its new apprentices

Six apprentices and three dual students are starting their careers at HIGHVOLT this year. This year's intake includes apprentices in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, warehouse logistics and industrial management. Two of the three students are completing the Cooperative Engineering Training and Qualification (KIA) and one has opted for the dual study program in electrical engineering at the University BA-Bautzen.

On 1 December, the trainees came together to be formally welcomed by Managing Director Markus John and Training Manager Ron Börner. The meeting marked the start of an exciting journey for the young talents who are now part of HIGHVOLT. It gave everyone the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas.

HIGHVOLT currently has a total of eleven apprentices and five dual students. The apprenticeship program offers young people the opportunity to gain experiences in an innovative and internationally operating company. Three trainers ensure that both the professional qualifications and the personal development of the prospective specialists are intensively promoted.
