What has been your highlight at HIGHVOLT so far?
When I joined HIGHVOLT as a young skilled worker at age 19, fresh out of my apprenticeship (as an industrial mechanic), my expectations of the company and my knowledge of high-voltage technology were at a level that can’t be compared to where I am today. The opportunity to actively participate in organized projects and take on such a high level of responsibility at a young age is practically priceless to me.
The expertise of my more experienced colleagues also made it easier for me to grasp new topics and, as a result, to do my job more effectively. Thanks to the company’s commitment to professional development, I was also able to successfully complete many important training programs after just a short time.

How do you manage to find time for family and hobbies despite a busy schedule?
