What are your responsibilities at HIGHVOLT?
As a purchasing assistant, I support our team in their day-to-day operations. I am the point of contact for our catering and cleaning service providers and am responsible for ordering office supplies and beverages, as well as regularly checking first aid kits. In short, I work behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
How did you find out about HIGHVOLT?
Through my dad, who worked here his whole life. HIGHVOLT was also always present through friends and acquaintances. For me, it's not about climbing the career ladder, but about an environment that gives me a sense of belonging. I felt extremely comfortable right from the job interview. Funny coincidence: my boss and I even share the same last name!
What role does flexible working hours play in your work-life balance?
A crucial one! I start my working day early, which gives me more time for my family and private activities in the afternoon. This flexibility allows me to achieve the perfect balance and start each new day feeling motivated.
